Luan Wakefield

Founder & CEO

I am a qualified and licensed physiotherapist with over 15 years of experience, helping residents of Cape Town live pain-free lives.

I began my physiotherapy journey at UWC. After graduating, I spent the next few years working alongside GPs, gaining even more insight and experience in the medical field.

This experience enables me to diagnose and treat patients efficiently and effectively.

Gerard May

Physiotherapist

I joined the practice in 2023 and have quickly proven myself to be a highly motivated and driven physiotherapist who aspires to help people and always put patients first.

I obtained my BSc Physiotherapy degree from UWC in 2022 and completed my community service that same year in the Eastern Cape.

I am also an avid soccer player with special interests in orthopaedic rehabilitation, neuromusculoskeletal conditions, and sports physiotherapy.

Kiara Chetty

Physiotherapist

I have completed my degree at University of KwaZulu-Natal, my community service in Gauteng and have spent time in private practice, working both in-patient and outpatient which has allowed me to gain invaluable knowledge in a wide variety of conditions.

I am passionate about physiotherapy and believe in ongoing growth and development to ensure I provide patients with the highest standard of care. My goal is to ensure that my patients achieve optimal function and well-being.

Lisa Treu

Physiotherapist

I am a dedicated and empathetic physiotherapist with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, committed to helping individuals of all ages. My journey in physiotherapy is driven by a passion for sports, pilates and injury prevention.

 

Over the past eight years, I have gained diverse experience across multiple sectors, including elective surgery, traumatic orthopaedics, intensive care units, neurological injuries, respiratory physiotherapy, workers' compensation, musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

 

My goal is to improve the well-being and recovery of my patients through personalized, compassionate

care.

Dylan Van Stavel

Physiotherapist

I am an enthusiastic young physiotherapist with five years of postgraduate experience, including four years in the private sector. My professional journey has allowed me to work within three of South Africa’s major hospital groups, giving me a solid foundation in evidence-based clinical protocols and high-quality rehabilitation practices.

 

I have a strong passion for vestibular therapy and sports-related injuries. As a certified vestibular-trained therapist, I collaborate within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals in our community manage dizziness, balance disorders, and related conditions. In addition to these special interests, I am experienced across musculoskeletal, respiratory, and neurological rehabilitation in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

 

Continuous learning and professional development remain central to my practice. I value building meaningful relationships with my patients and use a combination of clinical expertise, interpersonal skills, and intuition to deliver personalised, goal-driven care.

 

I am committed to bringing expertise, enthusiasm, and a patient-centred approach to every individual I work with.

Ghyan Torii

Personal Trainer

With more than 7 years of extensive experience in the Fitness Industry, Ghyan brings a wealth of expertise as a qualified Group Exercise Instructor and Personal Trainer. Throughout his professional journey, Ghyan has successfully managed roles within gym facilities, leading teams of personal trainers and group exercise instructors to provide outstanding client service.

 

Actively contributing to the fitness landscape, Ghyan instructs and presents various classes through filmed content for well-established Health Clubs. His involvement also extends to designing exercise programs for apps.

 

Ghyan's instructional experience spans a diverse range of classes, including High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Functional Training, Strength Training, and Cardiovascular Training.

 

As a disciplined and dedicated professional, Ghyan is committed to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through a personalized and focused approach.

Fouche van Rooyen

My name is Abigail Tshazi, and I am a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Administrator currently serving as the Administrative Clerk at Physio4All in Eersteriver.

 

With a passion for assisting patients, I excel in maintaining organized and efficient office operations to ensure patients receive timely and exceptional care.

Furlo Uithaler

Physiotherapist

I am a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from UWC. I grew up in the Western Cape, in a small town called Bonnievale, which is known for being a sporting community. This is where my love for sport began, and then developed a special interest in sports injuries. I'm a people's person who cares deeply for my community as a whole and treating everyone to the best of my abilities and according to their needs.

Kezia McCloen

Administrative Clerk

I’m Kezia McCloen, an Administrative Clerk at Physio4All, supporting the seamless operations of the Kuilsriver branch.

With a passion for helping others, I strive to create a patient-centered environment by managing appointments, maintaining confidential records, and providing efficient administrative support.

 

My goal is to ensure every client feels valued and receives exceptional care.

Jason Wilson

Physiotherapist

Born in George and raised in Cape Town, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of the Western Cape (2019–2023). I went on to complete my Community Service year at Dr. Harry Surtie Hospital in Upington, located in the Northern Cape, where I gained valuable experience in a broad range of clinical settings.

 

I am passionate about continuous growth and embrace a philosophy of consistent improvement — believing that “slow progress is better than no progress” and aiming to be 1% better each day.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through running, golf, fives, and the occasional game of club rugby. I also value time spent reading and listening to podcasts, always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge and stay inspired.

Tiffany Engwyn

Physiotherapist

I’m Tiffany Engwyn, a physiotherapist at Physio4All, with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and move through life with more ease and confidence. I believe healing happens when patients feel truly seen and supported, and I take a calm, intuitive, and individualised approach to guide each person through their recovery journey.

 

Outside of work, I’m drawn to art, music, and dance, and enjoy playing netball socially. I have a special interest in working with both children and the elderly, and value providing care that is compassionate, gentle, and respectful of each individual’s needs.

Kaylan Witbooi

Physiotherapist

I am a caring and dedicated physiotherapist who believes that physiotherapy should be accessible and beneficial for everyone. I work with people of all ages and activity levels, helping them manage pain, recover from injury, improve movement, and return to their daily activities with confidence.

 

My approach is evidence-based and patient-centred, with a strong focus on understanding each individual’s needs, goals and lifestyle. Alongside general musculoskeletal care, I have a particular interest in sports physiotherapy and neuromuscular rehabilitation, using movement-based strategies to restore control, strength, and resilience. This allows me to support both everyday patients and athletes in recovering safely and reducing future injury risk.

 

At Physio4All, my goal is to create a supportive and comfortable environment where every patient feels heard, understood and empowered in their recovery, whether they are returning to sport, work, or simply pain-free movement.

Personal Trainer

I have a background in Sports Science with a specialisation in Fitness, which allows me to bring both academic knowledge and practical experience into my role as a Personal Trainer. With multiple years of boxing coaching experience and a lifelong involvement in sport, I combine technical expertise with a deep passion for movement and performance.

 

I specialise in High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Resistance Training, Muscular Endurance, and Cardiovascular Conditioning. My approach focuses on building strength, endurance, and efficient movement patterns that enhance both athletic performance and everyday functionality.

 

I believe that fitness is more than physical transformation — it is a powerful tool for improving mental resilience, emotional well-being, and overall lifestyle. My mission is to inspire, challenge, and support my clients in becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident in every aspect of their lives.

I'm a dedicated and compassionate Medical Receptionist at Physio4All, Eersteriver branch. 

 

With a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and administrative support. As face of the branch, I welcome patients, manage appointments, and provide administrative support to our team of skilled physiotherapists.

 

My goal is to creat a warm and reassuring environment for our patients making them feel at ease and confident in our care.

Beyond clinical practice, I enjoy reading and spending time outdoors, continually seeking growth both personally and professionally.
